Yritystili on maksuton kaikille Suomessa toimiville yrityksille: ei ilmoitus- eikä kuukausimaksuja. Yrityksen nimi näkyy ilmoituksissa, ja varmennettu yritys saa oman yrityssivun ja paikan liikelistoissa.

Creating a business account
- When registering, choose Business, or open an existing account under My account › Business account.
- Select sectors: Car dealer, Motorcycle dealer, Boat dealer, Machinery dealer, Spare parts dealer, Rental company or Caravan dealer. You can choose several. The business will appear in the dealer listings for the selected sections.
- Enter the company name, Business ID, contact person, phone number, e-mail and address. The Business ID format is checked, and one Business ID can only be used on one account.
- Confirm that you are authorised to represent the company and accept the terms of use.
Verification
Admin checks that the Business ID belongs to the company named and that the contact details are the company's own. You can post listings before verification.
After verification, your listings will show the Verified badge, the company will be listed on your sector's dealer pages, and your company page will be published at vaihtokaista.fi/liikkeet.
Company page
- Logo (up to 512 × 512 px, PNG or JPEG) and cover image (1600 × 500 px, JPEG) are added on the Business Account page. Admin approves the images before publication, and you can see the status in the same place.
- Opening hours and company description tell customers when and why to visit the dealership.
- Sellers: add the name, job title, phone and e-mail for up to ten people who have given permission. Customers can contact the right seller directly.
- Your published sale and rental listings appear on the company page, grouped by section. Each listing includes a link to View all cars at the dealership (or boats, machinery, etc.).
Listing as a business
- New listings are prefilled with the company name, contact details and location. Whether to show the phone number is chosen for each listing separately.
- The price shown to consumers must include VAT. For machinery, you can also mark whether VAT is deductible.
- A car dealer can import its entire stock at once from a CSV file: My listings › Import stock via CSV. Imported listings are reviewed like the others.
- Messages from buyers come into the service messages, and you can get notifications for them on your phone. See the guide Vaihtokaista on your phone and notifications.
